HEAVENMADE SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

These Subscription Terms govern paid subscriptions and subscription-related access within HeavenMade (“HeavenMade,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Subscription Terms supplement the HeavenMade Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
By starting a free trial, purchasing a subscription, renewing a subscription, or otherwise accessing paid HeavenMade features, you agree to these Subscription Terms.
Questions may be sent to:
1. HEAVENMADE SUBSCRIPTIONS
HeavenMade may offer paid subscription plans that provide access to premium features.
Current subscription options may include:
- a monthly subscription; and
- an annual subscription.
The exact price, billing period, included features, trial availability, and renewal terms will be shown before purchase.
Prices may vary by country, region, currency, taxes, App Store pricing rules, promotions, or future changes.
The price displayed by Apple at the time of purchase controls the amount charged.
2. CURRENT PLAN PRICING
Where currently offered, HeavenMade may provide plans such as:
- Monthly Plan — $12.99
- Annual Plan — $69.99 per year
Displayed amounts may vary depending on the user's App Store region, local currency, taxes, pricing adjustments, or Apple's pricing system.
If the annual plan is displayed using a monthly equivalent, that monthly equivalent is for comparison purposes only.
For example, an annual price may be displayed as approximately:
$5.83 per month, billed annually at $69.99
The full annual amount is charged according to the billing terms shown at purchase.
3. PREMIUM FEATURES
A paid HeavenMade subscription may unlock features including, depending on the plan and current version of the app:
- expanded Christian Coach access;
- expanded Pray For Me access;
- additional premium tools;
- increased usage limits;
- premium content;
- premium reading or prayer features; and
- other features identified as premium within the app.
The specific features included with a subscription may evolve over time.
HeavenMade may modify premium features where reasonably necessary for technical, product, legal, security, or service reasons.
Material changes will be handled in accordance with applicable law and App Store requirements.
4. FREE TRIAL
Where offered, eligible users may receive a 7-day free trial of HeavenMade Premium.
The exact trial terms will be displayed before the user starts the trial.
Unless canceled before the end of the trial period, the trial will automatically convert into the paid subscription selected during signup and the user's Apple account will be charged the applicable subscription price.
Users are responsible for canceling before the free trial ends if they do not wish to continue with a paid subscription.
5. FREE-TRIAL ELIGIBILITY
Free trials may be limited to eligible users.
Apple may determine trial eligibility based on prior purchases, subscription history, Apple ID activity, and other factors controlled by Apple.
HeavenMade does not guarantee that every user will qualify for a free trial.
Attempting to create multiple accounts or otherwise manipulate systems in order to obtain repeated free trials may violate the HeavenMade Terms of Service.
6. APPLE BILLING
Subscriptions purchased through the HeavenMade iOS application are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system.
HeavenMade does not directly charge the user's payment card for Apple App Store subscriptions.
Apple is responsible for processing the transaction using the payment method associated with the user's Apple account.
Apple's terms, billing rules, and applicable purchase policies also apply.
7. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
HeavenMade subscriptions are generally auto-renewable subscriptions.
Unless canceled in accordance with Apple's subscription settings, a subscription may automatically renew at the end of each billing period.
For example:
- a monthly subscription may renew approximately once each month;
- an annual subscription may renew approximately once each year.
Apple may charge the payment method associated with the user's Apple account according to Apple's renewal procedures.
8. CANCELLING A SUBSCRIPTION
Users may cancel their subscription through Apple's subscription-management system.
Cancellation generally prevents the subscription from renewing at the end of the current paid period.
Users may usually continue using paid features until the end of the already-paid subscription period.
Deleting the HeavenMade app does not cancel the subscription.
Deleting a HeavenMade account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.
Users should separately manage or cancel their subscription through Apple.
9. HOW TO MANAGE AN APPLE SUBSCRIPTION
Apple controls subscription management for purchases made through the App Store.
Users can generally manage subscriptions through their Apple ID subscription settings.
The exact steps may vary depending on the user's device, operating system, or changes made by Apple.
If needed, users should consult Apple's official subscription-management instructions.
10. REFUNDS
Except where required by applicable law or granted under Apple's policies, subscription purchases and renewal charges are generally final and non-refundable.
For subscriptions purchased through Apple's App Store, refund requests are generally reviewed and processed by Apple.
HeavenMade normally cannot directly issue a refund for an Apple App Store transaction because Apple processes the payment.
A refund may potentially be considered by Apple in circumstances such as:
- an unauthorized purchase;
- fraud;
- an accidental transaction;
- certain billing errors; or
- another situation recognized under Apple's policies or applicable law.
Approval of any refund request is determined by Apple where Apple controls the transaction.
HeavenMade does not guarantee that Apple will approve or deny a particular refund request.
Nothing in these Subscription Terms removes any consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.
11. FRAUDULENT REFUND REQUESTS AND CHARGEBACKS
Users have the right to use legitimate refund and payment-dispute processes.
However, knowingly submitting false information or fraudulently disputing a legitimate purchase may violate the HeavenMade Terms of Service.
Where reasonably necessary, HeavenMade may investigate suspicious payment activity and may restrict or suspend access connected to confirmed fraud.
Nothing in this section prevents a user from disputing a charge they reasonably believe is unauthorized, incorrect, or fraudulent.
12. RESTORE PURCHASES
HeavenMade may provide a Restore Purchases option.
This feature may allow users to restore eligible subscription access associated with the Apple account used to make the original purchase.
Restoring purchases does not create a new subscription and does not normally result in a new charge.
Purchase restoration may depend on Apple's records and the subscription information available to HeavenMade.
13. REVENUECAT
HeavenMade may use RevenueCat to help manage subscription entitlements and communicate purchase status between Apple's systems and the HeavenMade application.
RevenueCat may help HeavenMade determine whether a user currently has access to paid features.
RevenueCat does not replace Apple as the payment processor for Apple App Store subscriptions.
Apple processes the transaction, while RevenueCat may assist with subscription status and entitlement management.
14. PREMIUM ENTITLEMENT
HeavenMade may use an entitlement or similar technical identifier to determine whether an account has access to premium features.
Where a valid paid subscription, trial, promotional offer, or other eligible purchase is recognized, premium access may be granted automatically.
Access may depend on successful communication between:
- Apple;
- RevenueCat;
- HeavenMade; and
- the user's device or account.
Temporary delays may occur because of network problems, App Store delays, purchase verification issues, or third-party outages.
15. PURCHASE VERIFICATION
HeavenMade may verify subscription status before unlocking paid functionality.
Users may not:
- modify purchase receipts;
- falsify subscription status;
- interfere with entitlement checks;
- manipulate RevenueCat data;
- bypass Apple's purchase system;
- use modified applications to unlock premium functionality; or
- otherwise obtain paid access without authorization.
Such activity may result in account restrictions or termination under the HeavenMade Terms of Service.
16. SUBSCRIPTION ACCESS AND ACCOUNT STATUS
A valid subscription generally provides access to applicable premium features while the subscription remains active.
Premium access may end when:
- a subscription expires;
- a free trial expires without renewal;
- Apple revokes or refunds a transaction;
- payment fails;
- a purchase cannot be verified;
- the subscription is canceled and reaches the end of its paid term; or
- access is lawfully restricted because of fraud or serious Terms violations.
17. FAILED PAYMENTS
Apple controls payment processing for App Store subscriptions.
If Apple cannot successfully process a renewal payment, premium access may be interrupted, delayed, placed into a billing-retry state, or eventually expire according to Apple's systems.
HeavenMade does not control whether a user's payment method is accepted by Apple.
18. PRICE CHANGES
HeavenMade may change subscription pricing in the future.
Any price changes will be implemented subject to:
- Apple's App Store requirements;
- applicable notice requirements;
- applicable consumer law; and
- any consent Apple requires from existing subscribers.
Existing subscribers may be subject to different renewal rules depending on how Apple implements a price change.
The current price shown by Apple during purchase or renewal will govern the transaction.
19. PROMOTIONAL OFFERS
HeavenMade may occasionally offer:
- discounted subscriptions;
- promotional pricing;
- introductory offers;
- win-back offers;
- trial offers; or
- other subscription incentives.
Eligibility may vary.
Promotional offers may be:
- limited to specific users;
- available only once;
- limited by country;
- available for a limited time;
- subject to Apple eligibility rules; or
- subject to other conditions displayed when the offer is presented.
A user is not automatically entitled to every promotion offered by HeavenMade.
20. WIN-BACK AND RETENTION OFFERS
HeavenMade may provide eligible users with discounted or promotional offers intended to encourage subscription renewal or return.
For example, an eligible former or cancelling subscriber may receive a temporary discounted subscription offer.
Offer eligibility, duration, pricing, and redemption conditions will be displayed when the offer is presented.
These offers may be limited to a single redemption per eligible account or Apple ID where permitted.
21. DISCOUNT CODES
If HeavenMade introduces promotional codes, offer codes, or other discount mechanisms, those offers may be subject to separate eligibility and expiration rules.
Codes may not be:
- sold without authorization;
- duplicated fraudulently;
- manipulated;
- redeemed more times than allowed; or
- used to circumvent intended eligibility restrictions.
HeavenMade may invalidate improperly obtained or fraudulently used promotions where permitted.
22. USAGE LIMITS ON PREMIUM FEATURES
A premium subscription does not necessarily mean every usage-based feature is unlimited.
Certain premium features may include stated usage allowances or fair-use limits.
For example, AI-powered functionality may have message, request, daily, monthly, or other usage limits.
Where limits apply, they will be communicated within the app or relevant feature.
Usage limits help manage:
- AI processing costs;
- service reliability;
- abuse prevention;
- spam;
- excessive automated activity; and
- fair access for users.
HeavenMade may also apply reasonable security-related rate limits where suspicious activity is detected.
23. HEAVY OR ABUSIVE USAGE
A paid subscription does not authorize abusive, automated, fraudulent, or intentionally resource-exhausting use.
HeavenMade may restrict or investigate activity involving:
- bots;
- automation;
- bulk requests;
- attempts to consume unreasonable AI resources;
- repeated spam;
- rate-limit bypassing;
- account sharing intended to evade limits;
- infrastructure attacks;
- prompt automation designed primarily to exhaust resources; or
- other suspicious activity.
Legitimate users will not ordinarily be penalized simply for using the features included with their plan.
24. CHANGES TO SUBSCRIPTION FEATURES
HeavenMade may change, add, replace, or remove premium features over time.
This may be necessary because of:
- product development;
- AI provider changes;
- costs;
- technical limitations;
- security;
- law;
- App Store requirements;
- third-party service changes; or
- improvements to the Service.
Where a material change requires notice, consent, refund rights, cancellation rights, or other action under applicable law or Apple policy, HeavenMade will comply with those requirements.
25. THIRD-PARTY OUTAGES
Premium functionality may temporarily be unavailable because of issues involving third-party providers such as:
- Apple;
- RevenueCat;
- OpenAI;
- Supabase;
- network infrastructure; or
- other technical services.
Temporary service interruption does not automatically create a right to a refund except where required by law or applicable App Store rules.
26. SUBSCRIPTION AND ACCOUNT DELETION
Deleting your HeavenMade account may remove or restrict your access to the HeavenMade account and associated data.
However, deleting the account does not necessarily terminate billing through Apple.
If you want to stop future Apple subscription renewals, you must cancel the subscription using Apple's subscription-management system.
27. TERMINATION FOR MISCONDUCT
HeavenMade may restrict or terminate an account for serious violations of the Terms of Service, including fraud, hacking, payment manipulation, or severe abuse.
Account termination does not necessarily cancel an active subscription with Apple.
The user remains responsible for separately managing subscription cancellation.
Any refund following termination remains subject to Apple's policies and applicable law.
28. TAXES AND CURRENCY
The amount displayed by Apple may include or exclude applicable taxes depending on the user's jurisdiction and Apple's billing practices.
Apple may convert prices into local currencies or apply local App Store pricing tiers.
HeavenMade does not control foreign-exchange rates or taxes applied by Apple or other legally responsible parties.
29. NO TRANSFER OF SUBSCRIPTION
A HeavenMade subscription is intended for the Apple account and HeavenMade account associated with the purchase, subject to any Apple-supported sharing functionality.
Subscriptions, trials, promotions, and entitlements may not be sold, resold, transferred, or manipulated in ways not authorized by Apple or HeavenMade.
30. APP STORE TERMS
Apple may impose additional terms regarding:
- purchases;
- automatic renewal;
- cancellation;
- refunds;
- billing;
- family sharing;
- pricing;
- promotional offers;
- free trials; and
- subscription management.
Where Apple's applicable purchase rules control an App Store transaction, those rules apply.
31. CONSUMER RIGHTS
These Subscription Terms are not intended to remove consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
If applicable consumer law provides you with rights beyond those stated here, those rights remain available.
32. CHANGES TO THESE SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
HeavenMade may update these Subscription Terms as the subscription offering changes.
Updates may reflect:
- new plans;
- pricing changes;
- new premium functionality;
- Apple policy changes;
- RevenueCat changes;
- promotional offers;
- legal requirements; or
- technical changes.
When required, material changes will be communicated through the app, website, email, App Store, or another appropriate method.
The date at the top of these Subscription Terms indicates the most recent update.
33. RELATIONSHIP TO OTHER HEAVENMADE POLICIES
These Subscription Terms supplement the:
- HeavenMade Terms of Service;
- HeavenMade Privacy Policy;
- HeavenMade AI Usage Policy; and
- other applicable HeavenMade policies.
If a conflict concerns a specific subscription matter, these Subscription Terms will generally control for that subscription matter, subject to Apple's applicable terms and mandatory law.
