HEAVENMADE TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the HeavenMade mobile application, website, features, content, artificial intelligence tools, subscriptions, and related services collectively referred to as the “Service.”

The Service is provided under the name HeavenMade (“HeavenMade,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing, creating an account for, purchasing through, or using HeavenMade, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. ABOUT HEAVENMADE

HeavenMade is a Christian-focused application designed to help users engage with Scripture, prayer, reflection, Christian encouragement, Bible reading, journaling, faith-based artificial intelligence features, and related tools.

Features may include, among other things:

Bible reading;
World English Bible Scripture content;
reading plans;
daily verses;
prayer features;
Pray For Me;
Christian Coach;
journal features;
mood-related reflection tools;
saved content;
streaks;
premium subscriptions; and
additional features introduced in the future.

Features may change, be removed, be replaced, or be updated over time.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You may use HeavenMade only if you are legally permitted to enter into these Terms under the laws applicable to you.

If you are not old enough to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with any consent or supervision required by applicable law.

By using HeavenMade, you represent that your use of the Service does not violate applicable law.

3. YOUR ACCOUNT

Certain features may require a HeavenMade account.

You agree to:

provide accurate account information;
maintain the security of your account;
keep login credentials confidential;
use your own account;
notify us if you believe your account has been compromised; and
take responsibility for activity performed through your account to the extent permitted by law.

You may not create accounts for fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, automated, or unauthorized purposes.

HeavenMade may restrict multiple-account creation where it appears intended to circumvent limitations, free trials, suspensions, bans, or other restrictions.

4. ACCOUNT SECURITY

You are responsible for maintaining reasonable security over your account.

You must not:

give another person access to your account for the purpose of bypassing payment or usage restrictions;
sell, rent, or transfer an account without authorization;
impersonate another person;
access another user's account without authorization; or
attempt to obtain another user's login credentials.

HeavenMade may require additional verification if suspicious account activity is detected.

5. LIMITED LICENSE TO USE HEAVENMADE

Subject to these Terms, HeavenMade grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable right to use the Service for lawful personal use.

This license does not give you ownership of HeavenMade, its source code, branding, design, software, content, systems, or intellectual property.

All rights not expressly granted to you remain reserved.

6. HEAVENMADE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Except for third-party material identified as belonging to another owner, HeavenMade owns or licenses the intellectual property associated with the Service.

This may include:

the HeavenMade name;
logos;
icons;
branding;
visual identity;
application design;
original layouts;
original graphics;
user-interface elements;
original written content;
original illustrations;
software;
source code;
backend systems;
databases;
technical architecture;
original prompts and AI configuration;
feature names;
marketing material;
videos;
images;
audio;
workflows; and
other original HeavenMade material.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of HeavenMade intellectual property to you.

7. PROHIBITION ON COPYING OR CLONING HEAVENMADE

You may not, without prior written permission from HeavenMade:

copy substantial portions of the app;
clone the Service;
reproduce original HeavenMade content;
reproduce HeavenMade branding;
create a misleading copy or imitation of HeavenMade;
redistribute HeavenMade software;
sell copies of HeavenMade material;
claim HeavenMade material as your own;
reproduce original HeavenMade graphics or proprietary content for commercial use;
use the HeavenMade name or branding in a manner likely to cause confusion; or
create a product designed to falsely appear affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by HeavenMade.

Nothing in this section prevents lawful independent development, lawful commentary, or other activity protected by applicable law.

8. REVERSE ENGINEERING AND APP INTEGRITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you may not:

reverse engineer HeavenMade;
decompile the application;
disassemble the application;
attempt to extract proprietary source code;
bypass security mechanisms;
manipulate purchase validation;
interfere with entitlement verification;
bypass usage restrictions;
modify the app to unlock paid functionality;
disable technical protections;
alter network requests for fraudulent purposes;
tamper with authentication;
exploit vulnerabilities; or
attempt to gain unauthorized access to HeavenMade infrastructure.

This restriction does not apply where applicable law expressly gives you a right that cannot legally be waived.

9. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree to use HeavenMade responsibly and lawfully.

You may not use the Service to:

violate applicable law;
harass, threaten, or abuse others;
distribute malware;
attempt unauthorized access;
attack HeavenMade infrastructure;
interfere with other users;
generate excessive automated traffic;
scrape the Service without permission;
operate unauthorized bots;
manipulate usage counters;
circumvent account restrictions;
bypass subscriptions;
exploit bugs;
conduct fraudulent activity;
impersonate HeavenMade;
manipulate referrals;
commit payment fraud;
submit intentionally harmful requests designed to interfere with the Service; or
use HeavenMade in a manner that creates unreasonable technical or security risks.

10. AI ABUSE, PROMPT INJECTION, AND SYSTEM MANIPULATION

HeavenMade may use artificial intelligence to power certain features.

You may not intentionally attempt to:

discover confidential system prompts;
override HeavenMade's safety or system instructions;
manipulate the AI into revealing confidential technical information;
perform prompt-injection attacks;
force unauthorized tool use;
exploit model behavior to access restricted features;
generate automated requests at excessive scale;
intentionally consume disproportionate AI resources;
bypass message, word, token, or rate limits;
interfere with AI moderation or safety measures; or
use AI features to attack, test, overload, or exploit HeavenMade infrastructure.

Testing the ordinary capabilities of a feature in good faith is not itself prohibited.

The restrictions in this section are aimed at abusive, fraudulent, malicious, or disruptive behavior.

11. HEAVY USAGE, SPAM, AND SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY

HeavenMade is designed for genuine personal use.

We may apply technical and account-level protections where usage appears automated, abusive, fraudulent, excessive, or designed primarily to consume resources rather than use the Service normally.

Suspicious activity may include:

unusually high message volume;
repeated identical or near-identical requests;
automated requests;
bot-generated traffic;
deliberate attempts to exhaust AI usage;
extremely repetitive prompts;
repeated attempts to bypass limits;
creating multiple accounts to avoid restrictions;
attempts to abuse free access;
abnormal referral behavior;
large-scale scraping;
attempts to overload servers;
repeated security violations; or
other patterns reasonably associated with fraud or abuse.

Where reasonably necessary, HeavenMade may:

rate-limit requests;
temporarily restrict features;
reduce request frequency;
require additional verification;
block specific actions;
temporarily suspend an account;
permanently terminate an account; or
take other proportionate measures to protect the Service.

Normal legitimate use of HeavenMade is not intended to be penalized merely because a user uses the app frequently.

Restrictions are intended primarily to address abuse, automation, fraud, circumvention, or unreasonable resource consumption.

12. USAGE LIMITS

Some HeavenMade features may have limits based on:

account type;
subscription level;
daily usage;
monthly usage;
message count;
request count;
feature availability;
fair-use protections; or
technical constraints.

Displayed usage limits may be adjusted over time as the Service evolves.

HeavenMade may also apply reasonable emergency rate limits when necessary to maintain security, prevent abuse, control unusual infrastructure load, or maintain availability for other users.

We will not intentionally market a fixed paid allowance and then arbitrarily deny ordinary legitimate use that falls within that allowance, subject to security, fraud, technical, legal, and safety restrictions.

13. USER CONTENT

You may submit content through features such as:

journals;
Christian Coach;
Pray For Me;
support messages;
prayer requests;
profile features; and
other interactive areas.

You retain ownership of original content you create, subject to the rights necessary for HeavenMade to process that content to operate the Service.

You grant HeavenMade a limited right to host, process, transmit, store, display back to you, and otherwise use your content as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the features you request.

This license does not transfer ownership of your personal journal entries or original personal messages to HeavenMade.

14. PROHIBITED USER CONTENT

You may not intentionally submit content through HeavenMade when doing so would:

violate applicable law;
infringe another person's rights;
distribute malware;
facilitate unauthorized access to systems;
expose another person's private information without authorization;
impersonate another person for fraudulent purposes; or
intentionally disrupt or attack the Service.

HeavenMade may restrict or remove content where reasonably necessary to maintain safety, security, or legal compliance.

15. CHRISTIAN COACH

The Christian Coach is an AI-powered faith-based feature designed to provide Christian-oriented encouragement, reflection, Biblical discussion, and general guidance.

The Christian Coach is not a human being.

It is not:

a licensed therapist;
psychologist;
psychiatrist;
doctor;
nurse;
attorney;
financial adviser;
emergency responder; or
substitute for qualified professional care.

HeavenMade does not represent that AI-generated responses are always correct, complete, appropriate, or free from error.

16. PRAY FOR ME

The Pray For Me feature may use artificial intelligence to generate personalized prayers based on information submitted by the user.

Generated prayers may contain errors, imperfect wording, misunderstandings, or statements that do not reflect the user's intended meaning.

Users should review generated content for themselves.

The feature is intended for faith-based encouragement and does not represent communication from God, divine revelation, prophecy, or guaranteed spiritual instruction.

17. AI-GENERATED CONTENT

Some content within HeavenMade may be generated in whole or in part using artificial intelligence.

AI-generated information:

may contain mistakes;
may misunderstand your request;
may omit relevant context;
may produce inconsistent responses;
may not reflect the interpretation of every Christian denomination or tradition; and
should not automatically be treated as authoritative.

Users are encouraged to evaluate faith-related AI responses alongside Scripture and, where appropriate, trusted human spiritual guidance.

18. NO PROFESSIONAL OR MEDICAL RELATIONSHIP

Use of HeavenMade does not create a therapist-client, physician-patient, attorney-client, clergy-parishioner, fiduciary, financial-adviser, or other licensed professional relationship.

Nothing generated by HeavenMade should be relied upon as professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or emergency advice.

Where professional assistance is appropriate, users should seek help from a properly qualified person.

19. EMERGENCIES

HeavenMade is not an emergency service.

Do not rely on HeavenMade, Christian Coach, Pray For Me, or another AI feature to respond to an emergency or situation involving immediate danger.

In an emergency, contact appropriate local emergency services or a qualified person capable of providing immediate assistance.

20. CHRISTIAN AND BIBLICAL CONTENT

HeavenMade is designed from a Christian perspective.

The Service may include Biblical commentary, Christian encouragement, prayers, devotionals, reflections, and AI-generated faith-related material.

HeavenMade does not guarantee that every interpretation or generated response will match:

every Christian denomination;
every church;
every pastor;
every theological tradition; or
every user's interpretation of Scripture.

Users remain responsible for evaluating religious content for themselves.

21. WORLD ENGLISH BIBLE

Unless otherwise identified, Bible Scripture presented within HeavenMade may use the World English Bible (WEB).

The World English Bible text is in the public domain.

The name World English Bible is a trademark of eBible.org and is used to identify that Bible translation.

HeavenMade does not claim ownership of the World English Bible text or of the World English Bible trademark.

22. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

HeavenMade may rely on third-party providers including services such as:

Apple;
RevenueCat;
Supabase;
OpenAI;
Google; and
other infrastructure, authentication, analytics, security, or technology providers.

HeavenMade is not responsible for outages, policy changes, failures, or actions solely controlled by independent third-party providers.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

23. APPLE APP STORE

If you download or purchase HeavenMade through Apple's App Store, Apple's applicable terms may also apply.

Apple is not responsible for providing HeavenMade's general customer support except as required under Apple's own rules.

Purchases processed by Apple are subject to Apple's payment, subscription, billing, cancellation, and refund systems.

24. PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTIONS

HeavenMade may offer paid subscriptions, including monthly and annual plans.

Subscription pricing, trial availability, billing frequency, and included features will be displayed at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions may unlock premium functionality such as increased usage limits or additional features.

Specific subscription rules are provided in the HeavenMade Subscription Terms.

25. FREE TRIALS

Where offered, a free trial may automatically convert into a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends in accordance with the terms displayed at purchase.

Eligibility for a free trial may be limited.

Creating multiple accounts or otherwise manipulating eligibility for the purpose of repeatedly obtaining free trials may be treated as abuse.

26. CANCELLATIONS

Deleting the HeavenMade app or deleting your HeavenMade account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by Apple.

Users are responsible for managing App Store subscriptions through Apple's subscription-management system.

Cancellation generally stops future renewal but does not necessarily reverse an already processed charge.

27. REFUNDS

Except where required by law or granted under the applicable App Store's policies, purchases and subscription charges are generally final.

For purchases made through Apple's App Store, refund requests are generally handled by Apple rather than directly by HeavenMade.

Circumstances such as unauthorized purchases, fraud, billing errors, or other situations recognized by Apple or applicable law may qualify for review.

HeavenMade does not guarantee approval or denial of any refund request handled by Apple.

28. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT FRAUD

Users may dispute transactions through legitimate processes available to them.

However, intentionally submitting a false or fraudulent payment dispute regarding a valid purchase may violate these Terms.

Where we reasonably identify fraudulent payment activity, HeavenMade may:

investigate the account;
restrict paid features;
suspend the account;
terminate the account; or
preserve relevant records for dispute resolution.

Nothing in these Terms removes any lawful right a user has to dispute an unauthorized or incorrect charge.

29. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We aim to keep HeavenMade available and functional, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.

The Service may be affected by:

maintenance;
updates;
internet failures;
third-party outages;
API failures;
bugs;
App Store issues;
database problems;
security incidents;
changes to third-party services; or
circumstances outside our reasonable control.

HeavenMade may temporarily disable features when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or service stability.

30. CHANGES TO FEATURES

HeavenMade may add, modify, replace, restrict, or discontinue features.

This may include changing:

free features;
premium features;
AI models;
usage limits;
interfaces;
supported platforms;
reading tools;
prayer tools;
subscription offerings; or
technical integrations.

Where required by applicable law or App Store rules, material changes affecting paid subscriptions will be handled accordingly.

31. BUGS AND ERRORS

Software may contain bugs or errors.

You agree not to intentionally exploit a known bug to:

obtain paid features without authorization;
manipulate commissions;
bypass limits;
access another user's information;
damage the Service; or
create fraudulent benefits.

If you discover a serious vulnerability or security issue, you may report it to:

32. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

HeavenMade may suspend, restrict, or terminate access when reasonably necessary in response to:

fraud;
spam;
abusive automation;
hacking attempts;
serious security violations;
persistent limit circumvention;
payment fraud;
impersonation;
infringement;
deliberate service disruption;
unlawful use;
repeated material violations of these Terms; or
circumstances requiring suspension for legal or security reasons.

Where appropriate, enforcement may begin with a restriction or warning rather than permanent termination.

However, immediate termination may occur for serious fraud, security threats, or severe abuse.

33. EFFECT OF TERMINATION

If your account is terminated:

your right to access HeavenMade may end;
access to stored account content may be lost;
valid subscription billing may continue until separately canceled through the App Store where applicable; and
certain records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

Sections intended by their nature to survive termination—including intellectual property, liability, payment, dispute, and enforcement provisions—will continue to apply.

34. USER ACCOUNT DELETION

Users may initiate account deletion through the app where account creation is supported.

Account deletion is separate from subscription cancellation.

Some information may remain after deletion where reasonably necessary for:

payment records;
legal obligations;
accounting;
fraud prevention;
security;
disputes; or
enforcement of these Terms.

35. FEEDBACK

If you voluntarily send HeavenMade ideas, suggestions, bug reports, recommendations, or feedback, you allow us to use that feedback to improve the Service without an obligation to compensate you.

This does not give HeavenMade ownership of unrelated confidential material or other intellectual property you own.

36. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

HeavenMade does not guarantee that using the Service will:

improve your faith by a specific amount;
produce a particular spiritual result;
solve personal problems;
improve mental health;
produce financial results;
result in answered prayers;
create specific life outcomes; or
guarantee any blessing, event, or outcome.

HeavenMade provides tools and content, not guaranteed outcomes.

37. NO GUARANTEE REGARDING AI ACCURACY

Artificial intelligence is probabilistic and can make mistakes.

HeavenMade does not guarantee that AI-generated responses will be:

accurate;
complete;
current;
theologically correct;
suitable for every situation;
consistent;
error-free; or
appropriate for professional decision-making.

Users should exercise independent judgment.

38. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HeavenMade is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure operation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

39. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HeavenMade will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to use of the Service.

This may include, where legally permitted:

loss of data;
loss of opportunity;
loss of profits;
reliance on AI-generated content;
service interruption;
third-party outages; or
unauthorized account activity outside HeavenMade's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

40. USER RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for how you use information obtained through HeavenMade.

You should independently evaluate information before making important decisions based on:

AI-generated content;
health-related topics;
mental-health topics;
legal matters;
financial matters;
safety-related matters; or
other significant personal decisions.

41. INDEMNITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses or claims arising from your intentional unlawful misuse of HeavenMade, fraud, infringement of another person's rights, or material violation of these Terms.

This provision does not require you to indemnify HeavenMade for conduct for which such an obligation would be prohibited by applicable consumer law.

42. GOVERNING LAW

Unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, and the applicable federal laws of Canada.

Mandatory consumer protections applicable where you live are not waived by this provision.

43. DISPUTES

Before beginning formal legal proceedings, you and HeavenMade are encouraged to attempt to resolve disputes informally.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent legal relief when appropriate or exercising rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.

44. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

HeavenMade may update these Terms from time to time.

Changes may be necessary because of:

new features;
technical changes;
changes to subscriptions;
changes to third-party services;
legal requirements;
security concerns; or
business changes.

Where required, we may provide notice of material changes through the app, website, email, or another reasonable method.

The “Last Updated” date at the top indicates the latest revision.

45. SEVERABILITY

If one part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

46. NO WAIVER

If HeavenMade does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean we waive the right to enforce it later.

47. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with applicable HeavenMade policies and additional terms, form the agreement governing your use of the Service.
